National labor and employment law firm Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLP, welcomes attorney Thomas Eden as a partner in its new West Point, Georgia office. He will also maintain office space in Opelika, Alabama. Eden concentrates his practice in a full range of labor and employment law litigation defense and management counseling as well as immigration compliance and training. Eden began his career with Constangy in the Atlanta office before going on to establish his practice in the Birmingham area, and he later returned to his hometown in Auburn to grow his East Alabama/West Georgia labor and employment law practice.

Combined with the already extensive industry experience of our other attorneys, Constangy is poised for growth as the automotive sector expands in the region.”
Constangy recently opened an office in West Point, Georgia, to further serve the firm’s expanding client base of manufacturers in that area. Attorneys from the firm’s Macon and Atlanta offices also serve local clients from the office.

Eden is a Member of Board of Directors for the East Alabama SHRM Chapter and a member of the American Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law Section, the American Employment Law Council and the State Bar of Georgia and the Alabama State Bar. A graduate of the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Ala., he received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University.
