White Collar Litigator Jeffrey Jacobovitz Joins Arnall Golden Gregory’s Growing Washington Office

Jeffrey S. Jacobovitz, a respected litigator in the White Collar, Healthcare and Antitrust fields, joins Arnall Golden Gregory’s growing Washington, D.C. office as a partner.

Mr. Jacobovitz’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, white collar criminal defense and antitrust. His experience includes more than 40 criminal and civil jury trials as first chair and 15 appellate arguments nationwide.

Mr. Jacobovitz formerly was a partner at a boutique healthcare law firm in the Washington area, where he litigated antitrust healthcare matters for doctors, hospitals and healthcare organizations.

He also has significant experience in healthcare fraud and abuse, privilege issues and False Claims Act matters.

Arnall Golden Gregory’s Healthcare practice is one of the largest in the country with two dozen specialty teams, and serves clients nationwide.

Mr. Jacobovitz formerly was head of litigation for a national law firm in the Washington area, and in 2011 and 2012 was recognized by the rankings service Super Lawyers as one of the best in his field. Only the top 5 percent of Washington lawyers are ranked. He was featured as a “Leading Lawyer on Competition, Litigation and Globalization” in “The Art & Science of Antitrust Law” (Aspatore Books, 2003).

Mr. Jacobovitz currently is vice chair of the American Bar Association’s Section of Antitrust Law, Civil Practice and Procedure Committee.

He often is quoted in the national press and has appeared as an expert on CNN several times.

Mr. Jacobovitz is a graduate of American University’s Washington College of Law and is bar admitted in the District of Columbia, Maryland and New York.
