European law firm Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP has appointed Paul Graham as a Partner in its Technology and Outsourcing practice. Paul has over 15 years’ experience of advising on strategic IT/TMT, telecoms regulation, data privacy and outsourcing arrangements with particular focus on the financial services, energy/utilities and telecoms sectors.
Paul joins from Dundas & Wilson where he was Head of the TMT & Outsourcing group in London and worked since 2006.
Paul’s recent deals include advising:
- on a major outsourcing and system integration contract relating to the design, build and implementation of a new ERP system;
- on a globally managed print outsourcing arrangement; and
- on a ten year £750 million asset management outsourcing bid.
Field Fisher Waterhouse’s Technology and Outsourcing practice has 20 partners and advises entrepreneurial and creative technology businesses in the TMT sector with clients that include Facebook, BBC and Connect TV, as well as several leading service providers.
