HWL Ebsworth Adds to Its Financial Services Regulatory Expertise

HWL Ebsworth Lawyers has announced that it has continued to expand its Banking & Financial Services team with the appointment of regulatory specialists Andrew Galvin and Michael Anastas as partners.

Andrew and Michael join HWL Ebsworth from Corrs Chambers Westgarth.

Andrew and Michael both advise on banking and financial services regulation, consumer credit, debit and prepaid card products, payment systems, privacy, anti-money laundering and personal property securities law regulation.

Andrew and Michael have acted for many leading domestic and foreign banks and financial institutions and have been key advisers in some of Australia’s best known and most successful financial product alliances.

Andrew will be located in Sydney and Michael will be based in Brisbane.

Andrew and Michael join partners Stephen Cavanagh, Alan Maclean, Ruth Neal, James Moore and Geoff Bloom as core members of HWL Ebsworth’s Financial Services & Regulatory Team.
