Ice Miller LLP is pleased to announce that prominent estate attorney Paul J. Corsaro has joined the Firm as a partner in the Trusts and Estates Group in the Indianapolis, Ind. office. Corsaro has substantial legal experience, serving families and closely-held businesses throughout Indiana. Most recently, Corsaro was a partner in a major Indianapolis law firm where he served as a member of their estate planning practice group.
Corsaro has extensive experience in estate planning, estate and trust administration, tax planning, business succession planning, charitable giving and tax litigation. He also handles unique estate planning and succession planning issues presented by family-owned and closely-held businesses.

Corsaro is a frequent speaker on taxation subjects and has made presentations on Advanced Estate Planning Techniques. He received his bachelor of science degree from Saint Joseph’s College and his juris doctorate from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He is a member of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). He is also a Certified Public Accountant and is a Board Certified Indiana Trust and Estate Lawyer by the Trust and Estate Specialty Board. He is admitted to the bar in Indiana and is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Indiana and the Southern District of Indiana, in addition to the United States Tax Court.
