We are pleased to announce the expansion of our white collar and environmental crimes defense capabilities with the arrival of Peter C. Anderson, who has joined the Firm as a Principal.
A former Assistant United States Attorney, Mr. Anderson defends corporations and individuals in government investigations and prosecutions, primarily those involving alleged environmental and regulatory crimes. Mr. Anderson also served as a federal prosecutor in the Environmental Crimes Section of the U.S. Department of Justice. He provides a range of compliance services, including developing, implementing, and assessing the effectiveness of corporate compliance programs. His practice is national in scope, and he will practice from the firm’s Washington, DC office and from Charlotte, NC.
