Roetzel is pleased to announce the continued expansion of its Orlando office with the addition of Jason S. Miller as a partner in the Intellectual Property group. Previously, he was of counsel with Lowndes Drosdick Doster Kantor & Reed, P.A., and co-chair of that firm’s Intellectual Property Group.

Mr. Miller focuses his practice on managing and coordinating clients’ patent and trademark portfolios, including the procurement and enforcement of domestic and international applications in the mechanical, chemical, material, electrical and electro-mechanical arts. He regularly prepares and prosecutes patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and has handled case appeals to the former Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences. In addition, he represents both plaintiffs and defendants in infringement actions throughout the United States.
Mr. Miller earned his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law. He also has a B.S. from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
