Balch & Bingham Welcomes Three Attorneys to Atlanta Office

Balch & Bingham LLP today announced that two partners and an associate have joined the firm and will be located in its Atlanta, Ga. office, enhancing the firm’s knowledge and bench strength in business litigation, creditors rights and bankruptcy and healthcare.

Dean Calloway is a partner and member of the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group. Calloway’s practice focuses on complex and general commercial litigation. He has significant experience with trade secret and restrictive covenant actions, fiduciary litigation, automobile and warranty litigation, product liability claims, insurance coverage issues, government investigations, qui tam suits, physician privileging issues, hospital and medical staff bylaws and class actions. Calloway also has extensive experience litigating consumer disputes and has acted as coordinating counsel in dozens of consumer actions. He has appeared as lead counsel before state and federal courts across the country and before the American Arbitration Association and the ICC International Court of Arbitration. Calloway received his J.D. from the University of Chicago, M.S. from Carnegie Mellon University and his B.A. from the University of Washington.

Michael Wing is a partner and member of the firm’s Creditors Rights and Bankruptcy Practice Group. His practice focuses on the representation of clients in a variety of areas including commercial real estate finance, real estate transactions, and secured lending. He represents banks, commercial finance companies, credit unions, holding companies, and other entities in the negotiation, documentation, and modification of loan transactions as well as multiple aspects of problem loan resolution including forbearance agreements, workouts, debt restructuring, and foreclosures. He also represents parties in various matters relating to the acquisition, ownership, management, and liquidation of real property. He received his J.D. from the University of Georgia and his B.A. from the University of North Carolina.

Natalie Majeed is an associate and member of the Healthcare Practice Group. She counsels clients in a wide variety of general corporate and healthcare matters, including mergers and acquisitions and regulatory compliance. Majeed received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and her B.A., summa cum laude, from City University of New York.
