The Baltic Sea Region Law Firm Magnusson announces the launch of its twenty lawyer strong offices in Kaunas and Vilnius. With two offices based in Lithuania, Magnusson will have its own offices in all countries in the Baltic Sea Region.
Magnusson provides integrated, seamless services throughout the Baltic Sea Region. With the launch of two offices in Lithuania and a recently announced expansion to Germany, Magnusson is achieving its strategic goal of a complete pan-regional coverage.
The new offices will be fully operational later this spring and will include four partners and twenty lawyers altogether, with a leading corporate attorney Ligita Ramanauskaitė joining as the managing partner of Magnusson Lithuania. The whole team moves from Nordia Baublys.
Magnusson Lithuania will offer a full range of legal services, including, among others, corporate and M&A, banking and finance, dispute resolution, real estate, tax and employment.
