Siemon & Larsen, P.A., a Boca Raton-based law firm, today announced its formal partnership with GrayRobinson, P.A. Together the firms will officially open the doors to a new GrayRobinson office in Boca Raton on April 1, strengthening GrayRobinson’s position in the South Florida community. The Boca Raton office will be GrayRobinson’s third office in the South Florida region and its 11th office statewide. The new office in Boca Raton builds upon the firm’s capability to serve clients across the state of Florida while maintaining valuable local perspective.
“Having grown up in Boca Raton, and my father being elected Mayor three times, the city has always been close to my heart and I am thrilled to be making a home there for GrayRobinson as well,” said GrayRobinson President Byrd F. “Biff” Marshall, Jr. “This is not only an opportunity for us to expand our reach in South Florida to Palm Beach County, but it also allows us to welcome three new partners to GrayRobinson with a national reputation in real estate and land use.”
Charlie Siemon and Wendy Larsen, owners of Siemon & Larsen, will lead efforts in GrayRobinson’s Boca Raton office. They bring with them Michael Marshall, a land use attorney and planning consultant at the firm. Siemon & Larsen has an exclusive practice in the areas of land use planning, development, and redevelopment, which will be transferred over to the new GrayRobinson office.
“After the initial opening, we plan to grow by moving into an expanded office facility,” said Siemon. “Boca Raton has been our home for – more than 25 years and as the City continues to make an impact on the thriving South Florida community, we are excited to extend our reach to areas of Broward and Miami-Dade Counties in partnership with GrayRobinson.”
