Maynard Cooper & Gale Opens New Office in Cummings Research Park

Maynard, Cooper & Gale, P.C. is pleased to announce a new office location in the Cummings Research Park community. This office creates a second Huntsville location for the Firm and will headquarter Maynard Cooper’s national Government Solutions Group, an inter-disciplinary industry practice comprised of lawyers specializing in Government Contracting, Corporate, International Trade, Intellectual Property and Government Relations. The new office is located at 1333 Enterprise Way, Suite 202.

“Our partnership with Cummings Research Park clients made it a winning decision to base our national Government Solutions Group here, at the gateway to the Park,” said Daniel Wilson, Managing Partner of Maynard Cooper’s Huntsville office.

“Our clients have told us they live by the adage, ‘If you’re not present, you’re absent.’ Well, we are present in the Park – and we speak your language,” added Andy Watson, Co-Chair of the Government Solutions Group.

Maynard Cooper’s Government Solutions group assists clients who conduct business with U.S. and Foreign Governments (defense, security, energy, healthcare IT, cyber, communications, technology, space, etc.), navigating the appropriate legal and regulatory regimes at the federal, state, and local levels. The Firm’s Government Solutions attorneys, some of whom are former military officers or government attorneys, have a specialized understanding and experience to address the full spectrum of regulatory challenges and market opportunities that clients face in these dynamic industry sectors. By combining these attorneys’ expertise in the areas of government contracting and bid protests, international trade and anti-corruption compliance, technology and intellectual property registration and licensing, internal and government investigations, mergers and acquisitions, compensation and incentive planning, and government relations, Maynard Cooper & Gale, P.C. has built a rapid response team uniquely tailored to meet its clients’ legal needs and business objectives.
