Pennington, P.A. is pleased to announce the addition of attorney William D. Horgan to its Tallahassee, FL office.
Before joining Pennington, Mr. Horgan was a shareholder at the law firms of Banker Lopez Gassler, P.A. and Fuller, Johnson & Farrell, P.A. Mr. Horgan’s practice focuses in the area of insurance defense litigation including medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability, professional malpractice, construction law, and appellate matters.
He is the co-author of the Florida Medical Malpractice Handbook, Chapter 6, entitled Statutes of Limitations for Medical Malpractice. Mr. Horgan is a member of the Florida Bar, Georgia Bar, and the Tallahassee Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in all Florida and Georgia state courts, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Horgan received his Juris Doctorate with high honors from the Florida State University College of Law in 1999.
