Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. is pleased to announce that Victor J. Herlinsky, Jr. and Amy M. Handler recently joined the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Herlinsky is a Member of the Firm and Ms. Handler is an Associate.
Victor J. Herlinsky, Jr., a successful litigator in New Jersey for over twenty years, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Firm, particularly in commercial litigation. He also has significant experience in construction law, and zoning, land use and redevelopment law. Having a long history of public service and political involvement, Mr. Herlinsky is able to advise and counsel his clients on best practices in negotiating often complicated approval processes. He received his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in 1991 and his B.A. from Bucknell University in 1988.
Amy M. Handler, an Associate in the Sills Cummis & Gross Litigation Practice Group, received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2011 and her B.A. from Colgate University in 2005.
