HWL Ebsworth Lawyers has announced the appointment of Rebecca Mohr as a partner in its Commercial practice group in Sydney.
Rebecca offers clients extensive corporate and commercial expertise, with a particular focus on franchising, distribution, and licensing law.
Rebecca assists franchising and retailing clients with a broad range of relevant services including drafting franchise agreements, disclosure documents and associated documentation; complex negotiations and relationship issues; assisting with Franchising Code compliance; drafting and reviewing terms and conditions of sale; and supply chain and logistics advice.
Having worked in Asia for several years, Rebecca has assisted several Australian brands with their entry into Asian and Middle Eastern markets, including under master franchise, licensing, import and distribution models.
She has significant experience with cross-jurisdictional issues, regulatory approvals and entry into foreign markets in various industries including manufacturing and retailing.
Rebecca’s experience includes practicing in Indonesia for five years as a Foreign Legal Counsel.
Prior to joining HWL Ebsworth, Rebecca was a partner at Norton Rose Australia.
