Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW) is delighted to announce the recruitment of James Clibbon, who joins the firm’s London office from Streathers Solicitors.
James, who joins effective 1 June 2012, as a Partner in the firm’s Insurance and Reinsurance practice, specialises in professional practices work. James has spent much of his career acting in professional indemnity matters for clients providing professional services, in particular accountancy firms, for financial institutions, and for corporates in general commercial disputes. Before joining Streathers Solicitors, James was previously with Barlow Lyde & Gilbert’s Professional Indemnity and Commercial Litigation department, leaving them in 2006 after ten years with the firm.
