Miller Johnson is pleased to welcome Jeffrey T. Gray as a Member in the Grand Rapids office. He will be in the business section’s employee benefits and executive compensation practice group.
Mr. Gray is an experienced employee benefits attorney who concentrates his practice on qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, executive compensation, employee incentive plans, deferred compensation plans, and health and welfare plans for tax-exempt and for-profit employers.
After graduating summa cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law in 2003, Mr. Gray served as law clerk for the Honorable Lawrence P. Zatkoff, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan from 2003 to 2005 and then worked for two other area law firms.
Mr. Gray joins Miller Johnson after five years serving as in-house employment and benefits counsel for a multi-billion dollar global company. He received his B.A. degree from Calvin College in 1999. Mr. Gray is a past chair of labor and employment section of the Grand Rapids Bar Association and he is admitted to practice in Michigan.
