Dr Marc-Sebastian Muhle will join the Hamburg office of Osborne Clarke as a Partner on January 1, 2020. Marc-Sebastian will be part of the Disputes & Risk practice group. He previously worked as a Salary Partner for Taylor Wessing in the practice area of Projects, Energy & Infrastructure in Hamburg.
Prior to joining Taylor Wessing in 2014, Marc-Sebastian spent more than three years gaining experience in the litigation team at Latham & Watkins’ Hamburg office. At Taylor Wessing, he then specialised on court and arbitration proceedings with a particular focus on shipbuilding, industrial plant engineering and renewable energies. His high affinity for technically complex and extensive tasks makes him a proven specialist appreciated by clients for his strategic approach and precise fact-finding.
Marc-Sebastian is one of a series of high profile new hires who have recently joined Osborne Clarke. These include Martin Launer, Marc-Sebastian’s former colleague from Taylor Wessing and Dr. Lene Kohl a ligature specialist from Hausfeld.
“Marc-Sebastian joining as a Partner, will strengthen our multi-site disputes and risk practice group under the leadership of Alexander Kirschstein and the litigation service we offer in com-plex court and arbitration proceedings,” said Carsten Schneider, Managing Partner for Osborne Clarke in Germany.
Early December Osborne Clarke added two long-standing lawyers to the partnership: Nanni Spitzer and Felix Hilgert. Ghazale Mandegarian-Fricke and Karl Krogoll have been appointed Counsels.
