Our Finnish Corporate group are advising a group of sellers, including Finland’s largest pension insurance companies Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company, Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company, Elo Mutual Pension Insurance, Etera Mutual Pension Insurance Company, Veritas Pension Insurance, and Alandia Insurance as well as Veho Group Oy Ab, in the sale of their shares in Garantia Insurance Company Ltd to Finnish listed company Taaleritehdas Plc.

The recently announced deal is expected to be closed by the first quarter of 2015. Completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the financial supervisory authority.
