Kim is regarded as one of Korea’s leading practitioners in the cross-border corporate area and has been involved in many major transactions involving some of Korea’s most prestigious clients. His arrival is a significant boost to our Korean practice, which has gone from strength to strength in recent years, not least as a result of the combination with Ashurst Australia.
