SNR Denton announced today that Daniel Liew has become a corporate and project finance partner in the Energy, Transport and Infrastructure team in Asia, resident in Hong Kong. Liew was most recently the Asia Managing Partner of SJ Berwin.

Liew’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate, infrastructure fund, strategic alliances, banking and project finance in China, Hong Kong and other parts of Asia. The transactions and projects that he has advised on over the last two decades are primarily in the Energy, Transport and Infrastructure sector which is a significant and expanding industry sector for SNR Denton worldwide.
Liew started his career in the City of London and he is admitted to practice law in England, Hong Kong and Australia. In addition, Liew holds a MBA degree and he served as an independent non-executive director for six years with a Fortune Global 500 company from China. Liew is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese; he is also fluent in Malay, Hakka and Cantonese.
In Hong Kong, SNR Denton is in association with Brandt Chan & Partners, in which Liew will be a partner.
