The Hong Kong office of international law firm Eversheds has advised the sole sponsor Guotai Junan Capital Ltd and the sole global coordinator, bookrunner and lead manager Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd on the listing of Merry Garden Holdings Limited on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE), raising approximately HK$180 million.
Merry Garden is a wooden leisure products enterprise in the People’s Republic of China (PRC). The company covers the research and development, design, production and sale of leisure household products. Revenue of the company mainly derives from its original equipment manufacturer and original design manufacturer sales. In recent years, the company has introduced the “Merry Garden 美丽家园” own-branded products into the PRC market.
The Eversheds team in Hong Kong was led by corporate Partner Stephen Mok and senior associate Dennis Fong.
