International law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has advised on the concurrent dual listing of Integrated Healthcare Berhad (IHH) in Malaysia and Singapore.
Freshfields advised Abraaj Capital as the selling shareholder in connection with the US$2bn initial public offering (IPO) of IHH and its primary listing of shares on Bursa Malaysia and the secondary listing of shares on the Singapore Stock Exchange. Abraaj Capital, a leading private equity manager investing in global growth markets, announced today the exit of its investment in IHH through the IPO. Freshfields also advised the Aydinlar family in their capacity as shareholders of IHH.
The multi-jurisdictional Freshfields deal team was led by global co-head of capital markets practice Stephen Revell in Singapore/Hong Kong, corporate partner Pervez Akhtar in Dubai and counsel David Cotton in Hong Kong. They were supported by senior associate Rob Cant in Dubai and associate Janet Low in Hong Kong.
