Bonita is an experienced litigator with over 25 years in the commercial litigation industry, who has built herself an expertise around cross border dispute resolution, international arbitration, complex shareholders and companies disputes, banking and securities-related litigation, white collar crime and contentious regulatory matters. During her tenure with Hankun in their Hong Kong office, Bonita acted for large state-owned enterprises, listed companies and investors working on multimillion-dollar cross border disputes in litigation and international arbitration.
Bonita will join forces with Ian Lo, Partner at Ince who specialises in this area of practice in Asia. Bonita’s arrival will strengthen the firm’s dispute resolution practice.

Bonita currently sits on the Solicitors Higher Rights of Audience Assessment Board and the PCLL academic board of the University of Hong Kong and the City University of Hong Kong. She is the council member of the Hong Kong Duty Lawyer Service and was the council member of the Law Society of Hong Kong between 2015 -2018.
She speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and English, and is well situated to assist Ince’s clients in the Asia Pacific region, specifically those who may have concerns around the global geopolitical developments impacting Asia.

Ince recently announced the strengthening of its Asia Pacific offer through the consolidation of Ince & Co Singapore LLP with Incisive Law LLC in Singapore. The Group has also appointed several senior lateral hires to support its growth across the Asian market. Bonita is the latest senior hire for the firm, who have also added Zhao Rong Ooi as Partner (Hong Kong), Julian Clark as Senior Partner and Sung-Hwan Choi, as Partner (Singapore) in the past six months.
