Morgan Lewis today welcomes Alice Huang as a partner in Hong Kong* focusing on fund formation and asset management regulatory and counseling advice. Ms. Huang adds to Morgan Lewis’s global strength in investment management and will help the firm further build on its private equity, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate practices in China.
Ms. Huang counsels fund sponsors based in the United States and Asia with respect to the formation, structuring, and ongoing management of private funds that are active in China or on a global basis. She also represents institutional investors, including sovereign and pension funds, in connection with their investments in global private funds.

Ms. Huang formerly worked as a senior tax manager with Deloitte in Los Angeles and also served as general counsel of an international private equity fund.
