Squire Patton Boggs has announced the appointment of corporate partner Anthony Chan, who has joined the firm from the Hong Kong office of Stephenson Harwood.
Mr. Chan is a lawyer and a China-Appointed Attesting Officer in Hong Kong. His practice focuses on mid-cap corporate finance (IPO) work, representing both issuers and sponsors. He also has experience in debt financing and cross-border corporate and commercial transactions. Mr. Chan is also an attorney-at-law qualified in California and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Recent transactions led by Mr. Chan include advising BOCOM International (Asia) Limited on HPC Holdings’ HK$180 million Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing and advising Zioncom Holdings Limited on its listing on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with the technology company being one of the few Korean-owned businesses listed in Hong Kong.
