International law firm Taylor Wessing has strengthened its cross-border Corporate practice with the appointment of corporate and capital markets specialist Dickson Ng as partner in Hong Kong. Dickson joins from Latham & Watkins. He is the second addition to the Hong Kong office this year following the promotion of Jennifer Ng to partner in May.
With extensive experience in corporate law, Dickson’s appointment and Jennifer’s promotion will strengthen the Taylor Wessing offering in Hong Kong. Dickson specialises in initial public offerings, secondary offerings, multi-jurisdictional private and public mergers and acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations and private investment in public equity (PIPE). He also has a wealth of experience advising Hong Kong listed companies on regulatory and compliance matters.
