Wilfred Ho Joins White & Case as a Partner in Hong Kong

Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Commercial Litigation Practice with the addition of Wilfred Ho as a partner in Hong Kong.  Wilfred joins White & Case from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he was counsel in the Hong Kong office.

Wilfred represents companies and private equity funds in commercial litigation in Hong Kong courts and arbitrations under various rules and institutions. He has experience advising on a wide range of commercial disputes in Greater China including shareholder disputes, insolvency and restructuring-related actions, intellectual property issues and disputes arising out of complex commercial transactions.
