Porter Hedges recently announced the recruitment of Jeremy Mouton.  The partner is an important hire for the Houston firm’s Energy practice and bring years of experience in the Houston legal market.

Mouton’s practice is transactional in nature, concentrating on upstream joint ventures, acquisitions, divestitures, swap agreements, joint operating agreements, and mineral leases, among other matters.   He is a 2002 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and also attended U.T. for undergraduate studies.

Mouton joins the firm from the Commercial Law Group in Oklahoma City and has previous experience with Anheuser-Busch and Bracewell & Giuliani.
