Health Care Regulatory Compliance Attorney, Pamela D. Tyner, Joins Epstein Becker Green’s Houston Office

The national law firm of Epstein Becker Green today announced that Pamela D. Tyner, health care regulatory compliance attorney, has joined the Firm’s Health Care and Life Sciences practice as a Member of the Firm in its Houston office.

Tyner was formerly the General Counsel at Tomball Regional Medical Center in the Houston area, where she advised on all aspects of facility’s risk management, regulatory, transactional, and compliance issues. She specializes in hospitals and health care law, including Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA/HITECH and the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act (EMTALA). During her tenure at Tomball Regional Medical Center, Tyner was the Chairperson of the hospital’s Physician Compliance Committee and the Chairperson for the IRB Committee/Clinical Trial Oversight Committee. Tyner is a member of the Texas Hospital Association, the Health Care Compliance Association, and the American Health Lawyers Association In-House Counsel.
