Haynes and Boone, LLP has advised US Infrastructure Holdings, LLC in the acquisition of the Wildcat Sabine Gathering System situated in the Bossier-Haynesville Shale.

The 28-mile pipeline runs along the Texas-Louisiana border, gathering and transporting natural gas.  

Houston partner and head of the firm’s Energy Practice Group, Buddy Clark, led the transaction team that included Houston Associate Austin Elam.
