International law firm McDermott Will & Emery augmented two Texas offices with renowned tax lawyers, according to a press release.
Seven attorneys will take on new Dallas legal jobs and Houston legal jobs.
Partners Mark R. Martin and John T. Woodruff and associate Mark Horowitz join the firm’s Houston office. Cym H. Lowell will spearhead a team comprised of managing director Hiroaki Furuya, economist Tracy Gomes and financial analyst Haiyan Zhang in the Dallas office.

Martin will be the head of the firm’s transfer pricing practice.
