Daniel Nossa joins the Energy practice and the Derivatives group in the Houston office at Jackson Walker.
Mr. Nossa represents issuers, underwriters, and derivative counterparties on an array of derivative and structured finance products. He provides regulatory advice to derivative dealers and end users in the energy industry.
Mr. Nossa advises numerous private and public companies in negotiating the transaction and credit support documentation related to credit, commodity, equity, and interest rate derivative products. He represents swap counterparties in connection with syndicated hedging facilities, and he advises private funds in the acquisition of distressed portfolios with both cash and synthetic exposure to pools of mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities.
Mr. Nossa is admitted to practice in New York and Texas. He received his A.B., cum laude, from Princeton University. He earned his J.D. degree from Stanford Law School.
