Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. is pleased to announce a new practice area and the expansion of their Houston team. With the addition of attorney Gary J. Ilagan, and paralegals, Miguel Cervantes and Leticia Rodriguez, this team adds immigration as a new practice area for the Houston office.
Gary J. Ilagan, a 17-year industry veteran, joins the firm as a Shareholder in its Houston office. Formerly Principal of the Houston immigration law firm, Ilagan and Associates, P.C., Ilagan is Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He provides innovative immigration solutions to individuals in sponsoring family members and to corporate clients in sponsoring employees in a number of industries, such as oil and gas, engineering, healthcare, biomedical research and financial services.
Paralegals Miguel Cervantes and Leticia Rodriguez together have seven years of paralegal experience and will support key immigration practice areas: non-immigrant/temporary employment visas, immigrant/permanent employment visas, family-based immigration, I-9 compliance, audits and naturalization/U.S. citizenship.
