Kirkland & Ellis LLP is pleased to announce that Adam Larson has joined the Firm as a corporate partner in its Houston office.

Mr. Larson advises clients across a broad range of industries, including energy, consumer products and financial services. He counsels private equity investors, their portfolio companies and other public and private companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and capital markets activities. Mr. Larson also advises clients in connection with the negotiation of partnership and LLC agreements, securities laws compliance and corporate governance.

Mr. Larson joins Kirkland from the Houston office of Vinson & Elkins LLP, where he was a partner.
Mr. Larson holds a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, and a B.S. in finance, with highest honors, from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Super Lawyers has recognized him as a “Texas Rising Star” each year since 2012.
