Global, sector-focused law firm Holman Fenwick Willan has launched a US immigration practice with the hire of Denise McGettrick, former Chief Legal Officer at immigration technology services company PassRight.
Denise joins HFW’s Houston office alongside Mary Ann Nnalue and Constantine Nana from McGettrick Law PLLC.
The team assist foreign nationals, founders and investors in gaining permanent residence and temporary work authorization. They have particular expertise in startups and also act for clients across a wide range of industries, including IT, oil and gas, energy, engineering, financial services, retail, arts, media, education, medical, and professional sports.

Denise has more than 15 years of experience in business immigration, and is Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She is a fluent Spanish speaker, and previously worked at specialist US immigration law firms Fong & Associates and Monty & Ramirez.
