Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Charles H. Wilson has joined the firm as Office Managing Principal in Houston. Charles joins the firm from Littler and has almost 25 years of experience in employment litigation.

Charles is a litigator and trial lawyer who represents companies in various complex labor and employment matters. His practice primarily focuses on claims involving discrimination and harassment, wage and hour violations, whistleblowing and retaliation, unfair competition and misappropriation of trade secrets. Charles also guides employers in conducting single-employee and mass layoffs, disciplining employees, providing intermittent FMLA and ADAAA workplace accommodations, wage and hour law compliance, and conducting investigations of discrimination and harassment complaints.

Charles is board certified in labor and employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He earned his J.D. from Texas Southern University-Thurgood Marshall School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
