Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Pamela D. Williams has joined its Houston office as a principal. Pamela brings extensive experience in labor and employment litigation, having previously worked at Fisher Phillips.

Pamela’s litigation practice focuses on individual, class, and collective actions, including claims related to discrimination, retaliation, medical leave violations, failure to provide accommodations for religion and disability, wage and hour violations, and workplace torts. Beyond litigation, Pamela provides valuable assistance to clients through compliance, training, and workplace investigations. She has successfully guided clients through administrative charges before the Department of Labor, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and state agencies such as the Texas Workforce Commission. She also drafts employment handbooks, policies, procedures, separation agreements, employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, and covenants not to compete.

Pamela earned her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and her B.A. from Vassar College.
