Mann represents public and private companies in a broad range of securities matters, with a particular focus on the energy industry. She has experience representing issuers and financial institutions in public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings and Rule 144A offerings. Her practice also includes M&A and general corporate matters, including Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance.
“Our Houston office is known for advising clients on high-profile, complex matters in the energy industry,” said Jay Cuclis, White & Case’s Houston Office Executive Partner and Co-Head of the Firm’s Energy Industry Group. “With her deep knowledge of the energy industry and broad securities experience, Laura Katherine is an excellent addition to our team. Her arrival adds further bench strength to our capabilities in Houston and will allow us to continue delivering a high level of service to our clients.”
