Sidley is pleased to announce that Steven Tredennick has joined as a partner in the firm’s Energy, Transportation and Infrastructure practice in Houston. He joins Sidley from White & Case, where he was a partner in the M&A practice.
Mr. Tredennick has over 25 years of experience advising private equity, infrastructure and other financial investors, public companies and private companies actively engaging or investing in the energy and infrastructure industries. He represents clients throughout North America and Europe with respect to their interests in the energy, energy transition and industrial decarbonization sectors, including water, oilfield waste products, oil and gas, power, and other industrial and community infrastructure sectors. He also has extensive experience spanning the energy spectrum from the upstream oil and gas sector, both onshore and offshore, to the midstream sector, including natural gas, crude oil, liquids and CO2 pipelines processing facilities and gas and liquids storage assets, and to the downstream sector, including refining, marketing, and distribution, as well as oilfield service and energy trading.
