Senior litigation attorney, Stephen H. Cagle, Jr. has joined Winstead’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group as a Shareholder in the Houston office. His practice focus is complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on construction and contract disputes.
Steve represents a wide range of clients from the real estate, construction, healthcare, transportation and technology industries. He has represented clients in matters involving stock fraud, intellectual property, personal injury, partnership disputes and real estate transactions.

Steve received his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2004. He previously practiced at Christian, Smith & Jewell LLP.
