Tax Partner Joins Squire Patton Boggs in Houston

Global law firm Squire Patton Boggs is pleased to announce that partner John Woodruff has joined the firm’s Tax Practice. He was previously a shareholder at Polsinelli.

Mr. Woodruff focuses his practice on corporate tax, energy/oil issues, international tax, transfer pricing, and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings. Drawing on his many years of experience in private practice and in Big Four accounting firms, he represents multi-national clients operating in a broad range of industries, both strategic and financial. He has particular experience in the areas of energy, fin-tech, real estate, food and beverage, manufacturing and services. Mr. Woodruff also regularly works with private equity funds, hedge fund and venture capital funds across a broad spectrum of industries.
