Mr. Gadol and Ms. Kottmeier, who have worked together for 20 years, focus on M&A and private equity transactions. They previously practiced at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe. Mr. Gadol will head Holland & Knight’s California Corporate, M&A and Private Equity practice.
Attorney Nick Leibham has joined Holland & Knight as a partner in the firm’s Public Policy & Regulation Practice Group. Mr. Leibham formerly practiced at K&L Gates for a dozen years, where he was a partner in the firm’s law and policy group and co-headed the emerging technologies and innovation practice for the federal marketplace. He will split his time between Holland & Knight’s Washington, D.C., and Orange County, California, offices.
