Environmental, health and safety (EHS) attorney Beth Rothenberg has joined Holland & Knight’s Jacksonville office as a partner. She was formerly a partner with McGuire Woods.
“Beth’s environmental, health and safety practice is unique because it parallels the structure of many clients’ internal business departments,” said Joe Guay, leader of Holland & Knight’s Real Estate Section. “Beth’s experience counseling and defending companies in this area will provide a very valuable enhancement to our existing services.”
Ms. Rothenberg’s broad, national experience includes managing environmental due diligence in real estate and corporate transactions, defending companies in litigation and enforcement actions, and counseling on regulatory compliance and best practices. She also has deep experience with environmental and toxic tort litigation, federal and state environmental laws (CERCLA, RCRA, the Clean Water Act and others) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliance.

Ms. Rothenberg received a J.D. degree from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
