An AmLaw Ranked top 100 firm’s Denver office is seeking a mid-to-senior level associate for its Real Estate Practice. The role focuses on commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, borrower-side financing, leasing, portfolio or multi-site transactions, title and survey review, and due diligence. Additional experience in joint ventures, fund formation, or corporate law is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess strong drafting, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to manage transactions and oversee junior associates. Admission to the Colorado Bar is required.
