We are currently seeking an associate with 2 to 3 years of experience and an interest in complex litigation. Preferred experience includes general commercial litigation, employment class actions, PAGA actions, or commercial class actions. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage cases effectively, and possess excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Familiarity with both federal and state courts is required. Applicants must hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of the California State Bar.
