A litigation group of an AmLaw Top 100 ranked firm seeks a Senior Attorney to join its Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions subgroup, specifically focusing on class action matters. This is a non-partnership-track role open to candidates across U.S. offices, with a preference for those in the New York metropolitan area. Responsibilities include drafting litigation documents (briefs, motions, memoranda), reviewing and drafting discovery responses, analyzing discovery to inform case strategy, and preparing deposition outlines.
Applicants should have at least six years of litigation experience, particularly in drafting motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions. A Juris Doctor degree and bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction are required.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $235,000–$300,000, based on location and experience, along with comprehensive benefits.
