This role involves assisting regional, national, and multinational clients with privacy and data protection compliance, responding to cybersecurity incidents, and handling related regulatory investigations. Candidates should have experience in advising on privacy and security obligations, navigating state, federal, and international data breach notification laws, and defending against regulatory investigations in these areas. Preferred qualifications include law firm or in-house experience in privacy and cybersecurity or related litigation, coupled with strong project management abilities, knowledge of data privacy laws, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
