Associate - IP Litigation - Austin, Chicago, or Washington, D.C.
Our client is seeking a 2-5 Year Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join a prestigious team working on cutting-edge legal challenges. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with leading clients in sectors like semiconductors, computing, networking, and software.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with all facets of intellectual property litigation, including preparing court submissions on issues of infringement and validity, conducting discovery, drafting motions, working with expert witnesses, and participating in trial proceedings. A background in technology fields such as electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical or chemical engineering, computer systems engineering, or material science is essential for success in this role.Industry experience in technical areas, particularly in the semiconductor, computer, networking, or software industries, will be a strong advantage.
Candidates must be barred and in good standing in the state where they practice, and admission to the USPTO is preferred but not required. We are open to candidates based in Austin, Chicago, or Washington, D.C.
