The ideal candidate will have three to five years of work experience in corporate law, with experience in public company securities offerings and compliance required. Candidates will be working with the corporate practice’s growing capital markets clients, and should be experienced with sophisticated finance transactions, including public and private securities offerings, as well as general corporate and corporate governance, Exchange Act reporting and compliance matters, including compliance with the rules of the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq. This is an opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
