Commercial Litigation Associate
Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level associate with a focus on Commercial Litigation to join their Federal Practice group in Washington, D.C.
In this dynamic role, you will engage with a broad range of litigation and investigation work, supporting federal government contracting clients across diverse industries, including National Security, Defense, Healthcare, and Energy. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough legal research, advising on regulations such as the Federal Acquisition Regulations, and assisting with all aspects of litigation, from discovery and brief-writing to document review and analysis of contract and grant documents involved in complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions.
A JD degree from an accredited law school is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience in federal district court litigation. Special consideration will be given to candidates with experience as a judicial clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit or the Court of Federal Claims, as well as those with academic training in government contracts law.
